Uganda Development Bank Donates Furniture To NALI
Uganda Development Bank (UDB) has handed over assorted furniture worth Shs45 million to the National Leadership Institute (NALI) as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility.
The Managing Director of UDB, Patricia Ojangole, said the bank believes in contributing to the all-round development of society.
“At UDB, we have etched a culture of serving beyond our mandate and contributing to the all-round development of our society. We also believe that creating opportunities is a vital element of the social fabric today,” she said.
Brig. Gen. Charles Kisembo of NALI thanked UDB for extending support to this institution. “NALI hosts over 7,000 trainees every year. We have been previously challenged as our students and the men in uniform would have to sit on the floor while doing their research,” he said.
The National Leadership Institute Kyankwanzi has a long history of providing ideological direction to Ugandans to enable them to regain their patriotic power, freedom, and independence.
