This is after Shyam Kotecha, the son of Bhasker Kotecha, the founder of Midland Group, the company that makes Lato Milk, proposed to Juhi Barot, the daughter of Harshad Barot, the founder of real estate company, Tirupati Development (U) Limited.

“With the blessings of our Kuldevi Maa Varahi and Bhagwan Ram, we would like to share with you all that our beloved sister Juhi Barot has been engaged to Shyam Kotecha, May God bless their divine union,” Miraj Barot, Juhi’s brother announced the good news. He wished the couple a lifetime of love and happiness.

The two famous families have yet to announce the date of the wedding date and venue. But considering the wealth the two families hold and their rich Hindu culture, the wedding is likely to be rich in culture and extravagant.
