Uganda’s team at the ISO annual meeting 2025 Kigali, Rwanda

KIGALI, RWANDA- Uganda National Bureau of Standards joins the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) Annual Meeting 2025 in Kigali, Rwanda, under the theme “United for Impact.” This year’s focus is on digital transformation, fair trade & Africa’s voice in standards. The areas of priority are Artificial Intelligence, Trade in, cultivating change through leadership, and access to clean energy. Uganda seeks election in the ISO council group 4, which ensures that the interests, priorities, and challenges of African nations are represented in ISO’s global decisions.
